Publicist Credentials
The publicist credential application is now available for the 29th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2022. Please find the online application below. Prior to applying, please see further below for the Publicist Credentials Terms & Conditions.
PUBLICIST CREDENTIAL APPLICATION
DEADLINE: FRIDAY, FEB. 17 AT 5PM PT
Individual applications must be filed for each publicist who is requesting credentials. Applications will be accepted only from publicists representing named individual nominees/presenters, or studios representing nominated motion picture casts or television ensembles.
Out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of all the SAG Awards attendees, the number of credentials issued this year must be limited. Only one representative per individual nominees or presenter will be approved, and only two studio reps for each nominated motion picture casts or television ensembles.
We are unable to accept late applications with the exception of those from publicists representing ceremony presenters who are booked after February 17.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
The SAG Awards will be subject to public health authorities’ guidelines and recommendations, as well as any venue and/or COVID-19 production restrictions (“COVID-19 Related Restrictions”). Credentialed publicists/representatives must agree to comply with all COVID-19 Related Restrictions. If your credential application is approved, you will be required to adhere to our COVID-19 Related Restrictions, which may include, but are not limited to, proof of vaccination and proof of negative COVID-19 test. submit a valid government-issued ID number, date of birth, proof of COVID-19 vaccination and proof of negative COVID-19 testing (Do not submit IDs prior to an application's approval). Details on acceptable forms of ID, file formats, and delivery instructions will be in the approval letters. Please note that we are continuing to monitor the evolving situation and this policy may be subject to change based on guidance from health and safety officials or changes in state or local safety mandates.
