SAG Awards Final Voting Update for Members
The 27th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards has been moved to Sunday, April 4, 2021. Due to our shifted calendar, currently, only members of the Motion Picture and Television Nominating Committees are considering performances. Eligible SAG-AFTRA members can expect to receive final SAG Awards voting materials, DVDs, and digital screeners in February / March of 2021.
SAG AWARDS FINAL VOTING ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible to vote for the SAG Awards and receive For Your Consideration materials from studios, active members must have paid their dues in full by the extended January 14th, 2021 deadline. If you opted-in to the COVID-19 Dues Relief Program by December 10, 2020, your first installment payment, without any prior balances owed, must be received no later than our January 14, 2021 deadline to be eligible.

KEY DATES
Nominations will be announced on Thursday, February 4th, 2021 and final voting begins on Tuesday, February 16th. Eligible members will receive voting information and a summary of FYC options available at that time. The final voting deadline is Tuesday, March 30th at 12pm PT.

FYC MATERIALS
Studios and networks may provide For Your Consideration materials either digitally or on DVD. As no membership dues are used to send DVDs and digital screeners, the cost of doing so is left to the studios. While we encourage every studio to make their projects available, we cannot require them to do so. To ensure you receive FYC offers, please make sure your email and mailings addresses are up to date with SAG-AFTRA by January 14th, 2021.
SCREENINGS & VIRTUAL EVENTS
In-person events and large gatherings are currently suspended due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. The SAG-AFTRA membership will be notified should in-person events resume (following federal and state CDC guidelines) and additional rules/guidelines will be made available. In light of this, all events will be virtual until further notice.
Virtual events will take place online and require a computer, phone, or tablet, and an internet connection to access. All virtual events will be held nationally, at times that work for both East and West coasts.
