Media Credentials are requested through our online Media Credential
Application.
Applications for credentials for the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® Nominations Announcement will be available only online October 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008. These applications are required in order to request media credentials for this year's Nominations Announcement (Thursday, December 18, 2008 in Los Angeles). Applications for the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® Presentation at the Shrine Exposition Center (Sunday, January 25, 2009) will open December 18, 2008 and close January 5, 2009. Late applications will not be accepted.
Credentials are available only to legitimate newsgathering organizations that meet our media credentials selection criteria. All information is subject to verification.
Credential requests are evaluated every year. Space at the Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® Nominations and the Awards Presentation media areas is limited. We have designed our media areas to facilitate your newsgathering and to credential as many legitimate media outlets as space will allow. However, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. We would appreciate your cooperation in keeping media staff in attendance to the absolute minimum necessary to cover the Awards.
Only media outlets and photo agencies will be credentialed. Requests from individuals or freelancers will not be considered. The assigning editor must make requests for freelancers or non-staff employees on the credentials form and such requests will be verified.
